Undulating gracefully across six counties, the Cotswolds region is a delightful tangle of golden villages, thatched cottages, evocative churches and honey-coloured mansions. We spent two weeks getting to know this incredible area were you can walk from one village to the next, have a pint or two and burn them off walking to the next village. We met up with some dear friends who live there now and celebrated Lindsey’s birthday and met some new friends along the way. Perhaps a highlight was us learning about Daylesford Organic and becoming purveyors and admirers of their approach to land, food, and hospitality.
We ended out trip with a few days in London, doing normal London things but I won’t go into that… but we had a blast.
We can’t wait to go back!
